He currently serves as Treasurer for the Association of Water Agencies (AWA), having previously served as President. He also contributes to the Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency as an Alternate Board Member. His past leadership roles in ACWA committees showcase his dedication to addressing water challenges at both state and federal levels.

Shelly Berger, a dedicated community member and seasoned professional, serves as your representative for Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and surrounding areas on the United Water Conservation District (UWCD) Board.
Deep Local Roots
A proud Oxnard resident since 1972, Shelly brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to his role. His successful career as a realtor since 1989, along with his numerous sales awards, demonstrates his commitment to excellence.
He has been married to the love of his life, Nancy, for over 41 years.
